Pulled pork shoulder or pork tenderloin for those who prefer leaner cut a meat. Brined for 24 hours before being seasoned and smoked low and slow to perfection. This is so yum it will melt in your mouth!

Chicken breast, brined for 24 hours seasoned and smoked to bring out the ultimate flavor!

Baby back or St. Louis style ribs. Brined for 24 hours before being smoked low and slow. These ribs are fall off the bone good.
